Employee Spotlight: Staci Padilla, Director of Recruitment

Staci started off with FSC as a receptionist in 2009. She has worked her way up over the years to her current position as Director of Recruitment.

Staci lives in Orange County with her husband, Michael, of 32 years. Recently retired after 30 years in law enforcement, she is looking forward to spending some quality time with him. She is a mother to three children and a grandma to one grandson, who is the light of her life. Staci enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new recipes, and finding creative and fun ways to stay fit.

Staci assists potential donors and surrogates through the screening process and prepares them for their amazing journey ahead. She says, “I love working for a company that puts family first in more ways than one. Learning this industry from the ground up has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more years of helping grow families.”
