Employee Spotlight: Denise Payne, Surrogacy Recruitment Coordinator

Denise has been a Surrogacy Recruitment Coordinator since 2014. After serving our country in the intelligence field within the United States Marine Corps and 28 years in sales, Denise found a love for guiding our surrogates throughout the screening process. She says, “It’s such a joy to see these wonderful ladies through the beginning of their journey. Experiencing their excitement and anticipation in doing something so rewarding is amazing to be apart of.”

Denise lives in Orange County with her son. When not working, her favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and watching TV. Her favorite vacation was to Ireland with her grade-school friend. “The country was beautiful and the people were wonderful. The weather cooperated and the company was fantastic.” She is looking forward to a family vacation in Bali next year.
